What are mudras?
According to Sanskrit, mudra described as a “gesture” or “attitude”. It is a combination of fingers of both hands, different combinations of them giving an excellent result for health both emotional and physical. There are three categories of mudras: mental, emotional, physical or attitude. In addition, the mudra defined as a seal, a close or workaround.
